The Last Outdoor Play Party

Sadly this is our last Outdoor Play Party. As a group we are all moving onto new things, from new ideas to new babies, therefore we have all decided it is time to bring the Outdoor Play Party linky to an end. We all want to say a huge thank you for all your support while the linky has been running and we will still be keeping up with as many of your blogs as we can. Keep up all the lovely outdoor fun!!

As this is the last of the Outdoor Play Parties I have decided to feature three posts this time.

The first post I am featuring is Modern Preschool’s Alphabet Flower Writing. Little Man is just starting to recognise letters so I think this sort of activity would be brilliant in supporting that recognition. The test will be whether he is willing to sit down and give it a go!

The second post I am featuring this fortnight is KC Edventures’ Exploring the Parts of a Flower. I remember learning about the parts of a flower at school but there is nothing like actually dissecting one yourself to really understand how it all works.

The last post I am featuring is Dancing in the Rain’s Land of the Dinosaur. The Jurassic Coast is a gorgeous place for a holiday and I love how her little man was inspired to learn more about dinosaurs at home too. It just goes to show that getting outside and enjoying nature can spark a real natural interest.

So that is it for the Outdoor Play Party. We hope you have enjoyed being a part of it and that along the way we have all inspired others to get outside and play. I have certainly been inspired by all the fabulous posts that have linked up and have loved being a part of it!
